Team Duties
Provide back-up for the Sr Global Manager Act as go-to person when the Sr Global Manager is unavailable Give input on hiring and train/mentor and coach new Program Consultants Participate in and occasionally lead Program Consultant meetings Optimize revenue by consulting with customers about the value of Cross-Cultural Coaching and other Intercultural products so that these optional benefit programs get utilized by the customer (therefore generating revenue for Cartus) Strategically assign Intercultural Coaches to scheduled programs to match the profile of the coach with the needs of the customer, considering coach fee, past performance and location Review and submit accruals/re-forecasting on a monthly basis Give feedback on systems and processes and suggest improvements where appropriate Pro-actively identify locations where new/additional Intercultural Coaches need to be hired Work closely with Program Consultants and provide ongoing coaching, training and guidance Participate/Lead team trainings on Overcoming objections Sales techniques Customer intakes Maintain good communication and relationships with colleagues in the Intercultural department and colleagues in other departments Provide ongoing support to Intercultural Coaches on the Digital Learning System Develop and maintain relationships with all Coaches, SMEs, resource teams and organizations Provide support to other regional offices when necessary Coordinate and manage Intercultural projects/additional responsibilities as needed
Customer Service
Minimum Education/Experience Requirement Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Intercultural or International Studies, Business or Linguistics Previous coaching, training or leadership experience Sales experience High-level of expertise as a Program Specialist or Program Consultant and fundamental understanding of Program Specialist and Program Consultant role/function Mastery of Intercultural Department operations, methods and processes Minimum 2 years work experience in service environment Speak and write at least one foreign language 1-3 years international living experience Proficiency in database and spreadsheet manipulation Proficient in Atlas, Microsoft Word/Excel
