Sr Content Creator

We are seeking a Sr. Content Creator to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Sr. Content Creator at Marsh, you will design and develop user-friendly digital products and offerings, ensuring seamless experiences for stakeholders. Increases usability and visual appeal of digital experiences through interactive flows, sketches, storyboards, wireframes, surveys, mock-ups and prototypes.

We will count on you to:

Design and create digital assets and solutions for stakeholder use. This includes leveraging leading-edge technologies and AI to create engaging content and collateral for an optimal colleague experience.Gather, document, analyze, and translate stakeholder needs and/or gaps into digital solutions (assets, tools, instrumentation). This may be facilitated via surveys, design sessions, and visualization activities with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other professionals.Supports stakeholder demos of technologies and ways of working. Be able to walk audiences through the key features that are reflected in the digital learning assets and articulate how the tools and key features help the stakeholders perform their tasks.Inventory and organize transformation and change assets for consumption and purposeful use. Manage and index the material that are created for quick reference and reuse/repurpose and keep the index current and accessible to digital transformation team and Colleague Tech product owners.Create presentation decks and other materials to support various Digital Change & Adoption, Colleague Tech and MMC Tech initiatives. Leverage the same leading-edge technologies and change management perspectives to create compelling and engaging assets. Track, update, and report on portfolio of projects and engagements. This may come in the form of weekly project or status updates. This may also include monitoring and reporting on the adoption and/or usage of tech adoption assets. Provide supervision, coaching, and tactical guidance to junior teams.

What you need to have:

BS, Technology, Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent5+ years of experience in designing tools and content to demo technology features to usersDigital/creative tools, Animation, video creation and editing, Microsoft 365 suite, incl. SharePoint and PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Project ManagementAdvanced Level of English is a Must
