The position of Contract Manager reports to the Director of Contracts and functions as a contract manager performing all prime contract support functions and duties required, specifically tailored to support of GSA, OASIS, OASIS+, STARS, and other Multiple Award Schedule programs.
The Contract Manager has the responsibility to know the accepted business practices for federal prime contract administration, and to adhere to all relevant procedures of the organization. It is the responsibility of the Contract Manager to conduct all business in accordance first with company policies and procedures and other documented government compliance regulations (i.e., FAR/DFARS).
Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Manages all primary contract support functions by performing the following duties:
Manage and administer all MAS contracts and awards issued under MAS schedules to include electronic submission of all required monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Prepare, negotiate and execute Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements. Assist and advise during the Bid and Proposal stage on all contractual issues related to a solicitation. Primary interface with Government customers on contractual related concerns. Review of awarded contracts for consistency with solicitation and Alutiiq proposal, route contracts for execution.
