The Sr. Contract Renewal Operations plays a critical role in managing and optimizing contract processes and billing operations. This position is responsible for processing amendments, maintaining data accuracy, analyzing billing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position supports cross-functional teams, including Revenue Negotiation Team, Accounts Receivable, and Sales, to provide insights and improve operational workflows. Key duties include amendments, data validation, contract alignment, troubleshooting billing issues, and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities Details includes but is not limited to:
• Support the Revenue Negotiation Team by reviewing and facilitating proposed changes, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
• Assist in structuring of contracts and deals
• Process contract amendments and ensure alignment with billing
• Prepare and submit credits
• Manage and maintain accurate records for contracts, amendments, and billing adjustments
• Execute/perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliations, and input activities with acute attention to detail and accuracy for large sets of data
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoicing discrepancies and customer account issues
• Support process improvement initiatives, including automation and workflow optimization
• Analyze key metrics related to contracts and billing and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Troubleshoot and resolve contract and billing-related issues in a timely manner
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and compliance to support business operations
• Prepare analysis’s & reconciliations with recommendations to the Renewal, Account Management, & Sales organization and position leadership to support strategic decision making
• Proficient in UKG usage and billing processes, including Component Company (COID), Paygroup, Employee Type, Dimensions, and Ready
• Assess the impact on SQC and ARR resulting from adjustments made during the initial contract term


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
• Experience and/or logic of SaaS Metering/HCM business
• Experience with billing systems and operations (Preferred: Salesforce CPQ and Microsoft Dynamic D365)
• Problem-solving/resolution mindset
• Critical thinking/Out of the box thinker
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience managing large datasets and reconciling accounts

The pay range for this position is $26.63 to $38.29, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
