Sr Cost Analyst
MAU is hiring a Sr. Cost Analyst for Robert Bosch in Charleston, SC. A Senior Cost Analyst leads financial planning and analysis, investment evaluation, and cost management processes to support product line profitability, compliance, and strategic decision-making for new acquisitions and ongoing operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Benefits Package 401k matching Extended leave Sick leave Paid holidays Life insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short term disability Long term disability Paid time off Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in cost analysis, financial planning, or a related role Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field General Requirements Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and business intelligence tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying financial results to stakeholders Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting Essential Functions Lead long-term Financial Planning & Analysis processes for the Electrified Motion division product line, supporting global acquisition initiatives Represent plant finance in daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition team meetings Conduct cost calculations for customer quotations and special projects Perform investment analyses, including discounted cash flow, net present value, and internal rate of return evaluations Ensure compliance with global quoting guidelines through plausibility checks and adherence to defined premises Prepare and present financial results and insights for new acquisitions to plant, corporate, and executive management Maintain traceability and compliance by ensuring proper documentation and obtaining necessary approvals Support the product line by managing part number setup, costing, and release processes Assess cost-saving measures within the product line and estimate their financial impact on new acquisitions #PS
