Background:

The Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is responsible for maintaining and supporting two critical cloud systems, Coupa and Workday. To enhance the team’s capacity, we are seeking a Coupa Techno-Functional Analyst to provide technical expertise and production support.

The selected contractor will:

Troubleshoot production issues. Configure the Coupa application. Perform end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. Support the production Coupa environment, implement future releases, and contribute to the development of new solutions and enhancements. Requirements:

Mandatory Knowledge and Skills:

Specific skills and experience include: Configuring, implementing, testing, and documenting solutions in Coupa. Conducting regression testing for upcoming Coupa releases, including integrations. Strong analytical and development proficiency in Coupa Analytics. Excellent work ethic, communication, and organizational abilities.

Deliverables Include:

Researching and developing data integration solutions between Coupa and the finance system. Supporting regression testing for new Coupa releases. Monitoring and resolving production integration issues in collaboration with business users and the Scrum team. Documenting project deliverables, such as requirements specifications, designs, and test results. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
Full-time telework is available. Local staff report to office in Washington, DC, one day a week
or more.
