What You'll Do Developing, executing and optimizing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive list growth. Analyzing customer data to discover trends and insights that drive marketing decisions. Collaborating with marketing, GTM, and product teams to successfully implement CRM campaigns. Running and optimizing email & SMS marketing campaigns + automated journeys, including segmentation and personalization. Applying CRM software to track customer interactions and ensure data accuracy. Crafting detailed reports to measure the efficiency of CRM initiatives and recommend enhancements. Leading cross-functional projects to improve customer relationship management processes. Ensuring email and SMS campaigns are aligned with overall business goals, HEYDUDE branding and customer engagement strategies. Mentoring junior members of the digital marketing team, sharing best practices and insights to elevate performance. Troubleshooting technical issues related to Email and SMS platforms, ensuring optimal configuration of templates, segmentations and integrations with other marketing tools. Staying up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and technologies to ensure HEYDUDE remains at the forefront of industry standards. What You'll Bring to the Table A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a CRM or marketing role. Strong proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and SMS marketing tools (e.g., Attentive,Twilio). Hands-on experience with automation, segmentation, and A/B testing in both email and SMS campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. A track record of successfully driving CRM strategies and campaigns. A bold approach with a strong attention to detail and a dedication to excellence. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary or Pay Range: $90,000-$95,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
