Job Description:
The senior Data Analyst plays a key role in harnessing data to generate business insights, improve reporting, and drive strategic initiatives. This role combines expertise in Informatica and business intelligence (BI) tools to develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support business goals and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Extract, analyze, and interpret Salesforce data to deliver meaningful insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like • Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Data Integration & Management:
• Integrate Salesforce data with other systems and data sources to enable comprehensive reporting and analysis.
• Ensure data consistency across platforms by managing data migrations, imports, and integrations.
• Creating transformations using Informatica.
Business Process Optimization:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize sales, service, and marketing processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and working with APIs, Informatica, Oracle SQL, and Snowflake.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, SQL/PLSQL, Informatica, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
Soft Skills:
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical • stakeholders.
