Sr Data Associate, Strategy Management Office

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our Strategy Management Office (SMO) team. As a member of the SMO, you will play a crucial role in integrating teams into data operations, assisting with digital champion projects, and helping develop a centralized dashboard for SP&E using ADO. The ideal candidate will have experience in ADO or related workflow management tools and demonstrate high collaboration with cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities:** ** **
+ Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration into data operations.
+ Support the refinement of the team's operating model to align with Market Intelligence and Data strategy
+ Participate in the Digital Champions Network to drive meaningful change and innovation within the organization.
+ Share updates on key DTS projects and gather valuable feedback from the user community
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of a centralized dashboard for SP&E using ADO.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the dashboard meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency
+ Utilize ADO or similar project management tools to manage and track synergy project progress.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their funding needs and provide actionable insights.
**Requirements and skills**
+ MBA with specialization in finance from a reputed institute.
+ At least 8 year of related work experience in data collection and research field.
+ Strong listening and presentation abilities. Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
+ Knowledge on reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.
+ Proficient numerical skills to comprehend financial data for tracking budgeting needs.
+ Proven experience in ADO or related project management tools.
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
