Sr Data Management Analyst - Informatica (ETL) - Advanced Data Engineer

The Advanced Data Engineer is responsible for implementing the data solutions for transformation and migration for ERP deployments by utilizing established processes.  The Advanced Data Engineer is also responsible to provide technical leadership, data functional excellence, understand ERP GDM requirements and convert them into technical solutions, work closely with co-source partners and support multiple SAP deployment projects.

You will report directly to our Director and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our data management practices, ensuring that our data assets are well-managed, compliant with regulations, and aligned with business objectives. Your work will contribute to improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Enforce common development methodologies for Data Migrations.Partner with Data Leads on deployments and projects to ensure data schedule alignmentEnforce Management Operating system (MOS) and methodologies for Data Migrations and Transitions into core ERP applicationsEnsure that data related reporting metrics and status updates are created and are accurate at any given timeEstablish or enforce best practices needed for new data solution implementations working closely with the functional COE and extended data stakeholdersCollaborate with the Data Management organization to support enforcement of data quality standards and processes for ERP deployments, projects or enhancementsDevelop and deliver tasks as per SLAs related to analysis, design and implementation of technical data migration solutionsWork with extended data team to create or update standard mapping documents.Research, evaluate, identify alternative approaches, recommend, design and code efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems ranging from small to large work efforts for low to high complexity problems.Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project
Provide mentorship and change management leadership for introduction of new data tools and capabilities

YOU MUST HAVE6+ years’ experience in Data Integration/Data Migration and full cycle experience for large, complex SAP ERP projects6+ years’ experience in Functional ERP SAP related application with configuration, table, structures for data mapping and rule definition6+ years’ experience with Informatica and Oracle SQL Server development or similar2+ years’ experience with scripts language like Shell script and Python and2+ years’ experience with AI/ML capabilities or advanced data analytics tools
