**Job Title: Sr. DataBricks Engineer** **Location: Charlotte NC- Hybrid** **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze and forecast sales trends for **event-based product pushes** (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day) to maximize sell-through rates. + Develop data-driven insights to enhance inventory distribution without requiring individual store orders. + Collaborate with Corporate teams to ensure effective **product placement strategies** across all locations. + Monitor sales performance, identifying patterns and opportunities for **improved product sellthrough and demand planning** . + Utilize sales percentage data and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine forecasting models. **Qualifications:** + Strong background in **data analysis, forecasting, and inventory planning** . + Experience with **retail analytics, supply chain management, or merchandising** preferred. + Proficiency in **data visualization and forecasting tools** (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). + Ability to collaborate with corporate stakeholders and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
