Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION  Total Compensation Package with Benefits  Full Covered Health Benefits: $10,000 savings  50% 401K Match  $5,000 - $10,000 End-of-Year Bonus (not guaranteed but predicated)  Southland has given EOY Bonuss for the past 25 years  Interview: 1st Round Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition & 2nd Round MS Teams Interview with Talent Acquisition Manager and Direct Manager - WILL MOVE FAST, 1-2 days max.  Start Date: 4/28  Schedule: Onsite (office or project site) M-F, hours will vary based on project but around 8-5 Southland is seeking to hire 2 Senior Design Engineers who are experienced in working in design as an HVAC engineer to join their team in Union City, CA(1) and Garden Grove, CA(1). Garden Grove Projects: medical centers, facilities, restaurants, stadiums, all the infrastructure to host the Olympics.
