The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting Windows and macOS desktop systems, hardware, and software within an enterprise environment. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, managing desktop infrastructure ensuring optimal performance, and providing exceptional support to end-users. Key Responsibilities: System Management: + Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS desktop systems and applications. + Manage on-premises Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) integrations, ensuring seamless identity and access management. + Manage software distribution, patch management, and compliance monitoring using tools like SCCM and Intune. + Ensure high availability and performance of desktop systems. Advanced Technical Support: + Provide Level 3 support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. + Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues. + Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. + Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
