This role involves implementing and supporting **endpoint management solutions** , enhancing device management, and streamlining deployment processes. You will act as a **key liaison** between the **Service Desk and Infrastructure teams** , ensuring **efficient issue resolution** and minimizing unnecessary escalations. If you're passionate about technology, security, and process improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to **lead desktop-related projects** and shape the future of our IT environment. **Key Responsibilities** + **Desktop Management** – Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals in an enterprise environment. + **Endpoint Management** – Configure, deploy, and manage **Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot** , ensuring performance and compliance. Provide training and support to end users and IT staff. + **Application Deployment** – Build and deploy application packages using **Autopilot, PDQ, or Automox** for automation. + **Security & Compliance** – Implement security protocols, track and remove **end-of-life software** , and ensure all desktop systems remain up-to-date with patches and updates. + **Asset Management** – Manage the **tracking and lifecycle** of end-user assets from **procurement to disposal** , ensuring accurate inventory records. + **Hardware Standards** – Identify and recommend end-user **hardware solutions** that align with company needs. + **Office 365 Administration** – Maintain and optimize the **Office 365 environment** , ensuring security and efficiency. + **Technical Support & Escalations** – Serve as the **escalation point** for Service Desk issues and act as the bridge between **Service Desk and Infrastructure** teams. + **Documentation** – Maintain accurate records of **desktop configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps** . + **Project Management** – Lead **desktop-related IT projects** , ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. + **Problem Management** – Conduct **root cause analysis** for desktop hardware and software issues to prevent recurring problems. + **Process Improvement** – Identify and implement enhancements to **improve desktop support and management** . + **Company Values & Ethics** – Uphold **Financial Partners Credit Union’s values** , ensuring ethical standards and integrity across all IT operations. **Qualifications & Experience** + **Bachelor’s degree** in **Computer Science, Information Technology** , or a related field. + **5+ years of experience** as a **Desktop Engineer** , with at least **senior or lead-level** responsibilities. + Advanced knowledge of **Windows and macOS** operating systems. + Expertise in **application packaging and deployment** via **Autopilot** (experience with **PDQ or Automox** is a plus). + Strong understanding of **Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID and Group Policies** . + Extensive hands-on experience with **Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot** implementations. + Ability to **troubleshoot routine network connectivity issues** . + Excellent **problem-solving and communication** skills. + Project management experience is a plus. + Ability to work **independently and collaboratively** in a team environment. **Certifications (Required & Preferred)** + **CompTIA A+** (Required) + **Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)** (Required) + **Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate** (Required) + **Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)** (Preferred) **Why Join Financial Partners Credit Union?** At **Financial Partners Credit Union** , we foster a **collaborative and innovative IT environment** where your skills and expertise make a real impact. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.
