Sr Digital Analyst
Position Purpose:

Sr. Analyst, Digital Analytics will develop and manage ongoing reporting, insights and experimentation to measure and improve the success of GPC digital business, e-commerce KPIs, customer experience and digital products. As a key member of the digital analytics team, the candidate would have a strong data analytics background, with a focus on e-commerce/Omnichannel analytics. This will be a hands-on role helping to develop measurement plans, build new/maintain existing dashboards, conduct strategic analyses, and generate insights combining online and offline data to support the optimization of digital business. The candidate must possess high level of problem-solving skills, strong communication, relationship building and project management skills. He/she should be comfortable in identifying trends and patterns in the data using quantitative, qualitative, and data analysis skills and developing insights and recommendations for strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Capture, review, and analyze web analytics, site usage, performance, customer behavior,r and related metrics; Identify opportunities for improvement in business outcomes (add to cart, conversion, revenue, digital tools adoption, feature benefits, etc.).

Partner with e-commerce, Digital Ops, Product and UX teams to develop business cases and roadmaps, and successful development and adoption of digital products.

Develop standard reports and dashboards, and ongoing analysis and insights to drive business reviews and actions

Ensure consistency in digital KPIs and reporting, integrity and accuracy of data via continued monitoring and assessment of platform tags & tracking

Support end-to-end AB testing – ideation, design, implementation, measurement and reporting

Support analytics implementation projects by building timelines, communicating the updates to partners and ensuring timely delivery

Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications & Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics or quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience

2 (4+ preferred) years’ of experience in online/e-commerce analytics

Experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics

Experience with A/B testing tools (Adobe Test/Target, Optimizely, etc.) desired

Fluency in SQL, Python, or scripting languages to drive analysis with large data sets

Knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies,and statistics, experience of using statistical methods to analyze data

Strong communication skills are needed, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment

Collaborative, self-starter, with a sense of urgency, and accountability to deliver results.
