Do you have a deep understanding of End to End Deal Cycle processes in Hydrocarbon Trading, Marketing and Logistics including Trade Entry, Risk Management, Logistics and Inventory management? If so, this role is for you!The Digital Delivery Analyst role will serve as Suncor’s in house subject matter expert for our integrated systems - educating users on proper process, identifying and managing opportunities for improvement with our business and technical partners, and playing a pivotal role on ensuring required systems and processes are properly set up for new business.
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience using SAP S/4 (IS-OIL, TSW, SCSD, CPE, Contract Management, Inventory Management)
5 years of experience using TriplePoint or similar CTRM/ETRM applications
University Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science or similar
Understanding of Hydrocarbon Trading, Marketing & Logistics processes
Responsibilities:
Support Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office users on systems and processes related to the end to end Deal Cycle process utilizing both SAP S4 and TriplePoint
Liaise and collaborate with cross functional business teams and third party vendors to manage business priorities and growth opportunities
Develop and manage new business and system opportunities in conjunction with our IT partners
Manage and support functional and user acceptance testing for all new development initiatives as well as system maintenance
Support the reporting on system performance, user performance & process KPI’s
Support process related incident investigation
Apply innovative and agile thinking towards continuous improvement initiatives
Location and other Key Details:
We are open to candidates local to the following two locations. Relocation is not provided for this office-based role.
Houston office, located at 2 Allen Centre, 1200 Smith St.
Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs.
Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work.
