POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Search is a highly skilled, initiative-taking digital superstar that supports a designated division of Bio-Techne, driving paid search success and revenue growth for a robust portfolio of 500K+ products. Our ideal team member will have extensive experience understanding cross-channel digital marketing strategies, plus managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google/Bing ads.  They are a self-starter and comfortable contributing cross-functionally to help drive recommendations to drive business objectives. They present their ideas during team meetings, strategy planning sessions and can lead discussions for paid search recommendations within the broader digital marketing group as well as the  division. The Sr. Specialist stays ahead of the latest technologies and trends, and consistently tests new things to refine the paid digital strategy based on best performance to achieve business unit goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Define and execute paid digital marketing strategy of moderate/high complexity across  search, display, video, etc. Measure and report performance of all paid digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Collaborate with business unit and digital team on new and creative paid strategies to support growth Conduct keyword research and optimize across various business units to ensure ads target the appropriate terms Produce content recommendations for new and existing ads in addition to landing pages Provide creative direction for video and display assets Build new campaigns, evaluates performance, and finds opportunities for optimizations in paid search platforms Assist in training and serve as a lead SEM resource for Digital Marketing Specialists Work with channel manager and cross-functionally to prioritize paid digital efforts, ensuring priorities are executed in a timely manner Responsible for  presenting paid search performance, strategic optimization and growth opportunities to key stakeholders and leaders Identify and create plans for implementing process improvements Demonstrate EPIC values in daily work Additional duties as assigned
