SR Digital Project Deployment Manager
**Senior Digital Project Deployment Manager** You will own managing our largest cross-functional and highest impact digital programs in our Global Digital Center of Excellence. You will be responsible for working closely with Businesses, Regions, and several functional groups, including their senior leadership teams, to develop and drive initiatives to achieve business critical outcomes, crossing multiple digital capabilities including web, content, eCommerce, campaigns, email, and digital sales enablement. **Your role:** + Develops a robust Program project plan, including project goals and objectives, in collaboration and alignment with business and region marketing teams and leadership as well as functional teams and leadership such as IT, Operations, Partners, et al. Establishes and fully owns a Program review process and indirectly manages large, complex cross-functional teams to achieve stated outcomes and targets of the Program with a focus on maximizing the project’s benefits and business impact. + Drives day-to-day progress on project goals and objectives, managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks. Monitors project activities, appropriately balancing risks and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress/escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team. + Plays a key role in communicating to project participants and senior stakeholders, including reporting out on and driving projects to on time delivery and stated impact objectives. Leverages negotiation skills and expert communication to align teams to a common direction and successfully navigate uncertainties and volatility to achieve needed outcomes. + Identifies new opportunities and proactively adjusts direction and teams as needed to achieve objectives. Applies continuous improvement methodologies to proactively problem solve with stakeholders and maintain a high bar of program performance. + Indirectly manages and drive teams across the Global Digital Center of Excellence, Regions across the Globe, Health System Businesses, and function groups such as IT, typically with total Program team sizes of 50+ people. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in project management, ideally in the domain of digital marketing, healthcare technology marketing experience a plus; experience managing large, diverse project teams and stakeholder groups inclusive of senior leadership; experience developing and managing large, complex project plans with a track record or achieving desired outcomes in a global organization. Experience working closely with IT development teams with working knowledge of agile, sprint-based project work, and gathering insights from program performance data to develop recommendations to drive measurable improvement in results. + Your skills include strong business acumen and a deep understanding of digital marketing, ideally experience managing projects in the digital domain; ability to manage a complex and diverse set of stakeholders, across functions and geographies and to act as a key point of contact to marketing and sales leadership; demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget; strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and communication skills. + You have a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, MBA preferred. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
