Strategically lead and strengthen commercial execution in assigned region providing value added support to local commercial cross BU teams including overseeing business service and support, regional distributor management and development of sales capabilities, sales management skills and next generation sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct multiple sub-functions (e.g., Dealer/Order/Document Management and Sales Enablement etc) through a span of control over multiple management levels (which may include Directors/Sr Managers) while establishing strategy, developing policies for regional Business Units, and authorizing their implementation
• Lead cross BU and regional commercial strategy on sales effectiveness (competency, trainings, daily reporting ...etc) and sales operational efficiency (sales incentive, dealer, order and document management, digital tools ...etc) and encourage each sub-team to implement regional wide policy and processes into all BUs
• Lead and accelerate JAPAC regional collaboration and efficiency by clarifying responsibilities of country operation teams and regional business center
• Oversee the strategy and design of practical and engaging learning solutions that target specific job roles and focus on improving productivity and effectiveness in business and market development, product knowledge, selling skills and sales management
• As a senior leadership team member, lead improvement of regional effectiveness and efficiency, and foster regional wide positive culture to be "one team"
• Drive KODs and commercial priority initiatives while ensuring adherence to strategic commercial imperatives and influence regional leadership and help transform commercial strategies and execution
• Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in related fieldrelated experience with related sales operations, business strategy and/or financial planning experience required and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Senior Manager Required
Demonstrated track record in people management Required
Master's Degree or equivalent in in Business Administration highly preferred Experience working in a regulated industry Preferred
