If you’re looking to fill your glass with opportunity, come join our FAMILY. **Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automations Technical Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative automation solutions across our business processes, primarily within an SAP S4 environment. This role will leverage cutting-edge AI and SAP S4 technologies to boost operational efficiency and drive transformative change. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven success record in process automation. **Primary Responsibilities** + Lead the design and deployment of automation solutions utilizing AI and SAP S4 technologies. + Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize process automation opportunities. + Establish and enforce application development standards across the enterprise. + Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards. + Stay informed about evolving platform, infrastructure, and application development technologies. + Provide hands-on leadership throughout the development lifecycle of AI/ML and enterprise applications, from conceptualization to production. + Communicate risks, solutions, and project statuses to cross-functional stakeholders. + Research and promote new technologies, architectures, and products to meet business and IT requirements. + Develop reliable, top-performing, and cost-effective application-level architectures in collaboration with Application Architects. + Guide and motivate the development team during all phases of the systems development lifecycle. + Maintain a clear vision for the solution while executing effectively. + Choose optimal technologies balancing project needs with enterprise concerns. + Ensure sustainability and scalability of solutions for future growth. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. + 10+ years of IT experience with broad exposure to various platforms and technologies. + Expertise in application development issues, techniques, and implications across multiple platforms. + Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. + Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and disciplines. + Excellent executive-level communication and process management skills. + Ability to simplify complex problems for senior executives. + In-depth understanding of business processes to create user-friendly products. + Strong strategic thinker with influential leadership capabilities. + Proven experience in Agile delivery methodologies. **Technical Skills:** + Extensive experience with SAP S4. + Proficiency in SAP S4 FICO, OTC, and HCM modules. + Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Solution Manager tools, including QGM and ChaRM. + Skilled in Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (WRICEF) objects. + Knowledge of iDocs and Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs). + Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Structure (OOPS). + Knowledge of SAP SD, MM, IM, WM modules, and S4/HANA. + Proven technical leadership in AI research and development, with an ability to remain updated on AI and machine learning advancements. **Physical Demands** + Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine + Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping + May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs **EEO Statement** Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, an Affirmative Action/EEO employer, prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
