Reporting to the SVP, Financial Planning and Treasurer, the Senior Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (Sr. Director, Corporate FP&A) is responsible for leading the company’s corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions including presenting to the senior leadership team the financial and business performance of the Company. This role focuses on operational financial management, providing critical insights to support departmental and business unit leaders in achieving their financial goals. What You'll Do: Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the development and management of the annual budget and monthly forecasts. Ensure that all financial plans are accurate, realistic, and aligned with business unit goals. Support long-term financial elements of strategic planning. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization. Provide regular financial deliverables including Board level reporting to senior management. Track and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) in order to provide insights to the financial performance of the business. Operational Support: Partner with department heads and business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and support for operational initiatives. Assist in developing business cases for new projects and investments. Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovation to financial planning processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ensure that financial data is accessible and actionable for decision-makers. Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of FP&A professionals. Provide mentorship and support to ensure that the team is highly skilled and capable of delivering high-quality financial insights. Ability to review work products, distill takeaways, and challenge assumptions when needed. Forecasting & Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support short- and long-term forecasting. Provide scenario analysis and what-if analysis to evaluate the impact of various business decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations and other finance teams to ensure alignment between FP&A activities and overall financial management. Coordinate with these teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role. Public Company experience (mid size to large size company with multiple business units) preferred. High degree of problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity, ability to distill insights from analysis. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with people at all levels within an organization. Strong presentation skills with the proven ability to focus on the details as well as zoom out for high-level messaging and easy-to-follow takeaways. Proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems. Excel & PowerPoint advanced skill set. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Experience & Skills: CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred. Extensive experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced Excel skills; proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) highly desirable. The pay range for this position is between $99,000 - $205,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
