**A Day in the Life:** The Sr Director, Global Safety and Security, will lead a team of EHS and Security specialists by driving and developing polices, standards, and procedures for North America (NA) based Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty locations, reporting directly into the Exec VP, Chief Administrative Officer. This role will be responsible for implementing the NA safety and security strategy, including physical security programs. This role will work proactively with key stakeholders, leaders, and partners to identify and mitigate EHS and security risks. The starting salary is $165K; commensurate with experience. **What You’ll Do:** + Foster leadership ownership and accountability for EHS and Security standards and embed a proactive safety culture. + Propose, develop, implement, and promote all programs and strategies in Environmental, Health, Security and Safety.
