Job SummaryReporting to the VP Commercial of Critical Power the Sr Director of Global Sales Operations will be Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization assigned. This individual also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.
What a typical day looks like:
This team will have field based project managers that will focus on transitioning won projects to successful deployments in the field.
Global Program Management team focused on: Project design, bid management, and award processes
Expertise in: Manufacturing cost quotes, BOM takeoff, and proposal development
Key responsibilities: Manage award pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and compliance
Drive consistent sales operations for: Scalable and efficient sales processes
Deliver excellent customer service for Datacenter clients during: Commercial processes and execution
Collaborate with operations and commercial teams for seamless service.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team,
Mastery of functional knowledge and understanding of related business functions.Proven ability to influence senior management and key clients.Skilled in analyzing complex documents and addressing sensitive inquiries.Proficient in writing speeches and presentations for top management.Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, ideally in a global context.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, etc.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost analysis, and project management methodologies.Data Center market experience.Electrification equipment/product experience.Available to travel up to 30% internationally and domestic.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
