The Senior Director, North America Workday Financials Delivery Leader is an inspirational leader responsible for managing and leading a high-performing team of Workday Financials delivery consultants across deployment and managed services. Their key focus areas include profitability maximization, colleague development and leadership, sales alignment and support, and practice innovation and optimization. Providing key input to the practice strategy and vision, the North America Financials Delivery Leader has primary accountability to understanding market trends and client and colleague needs to drive practice profitability by strategically identifying innovative solutions, supporting sales in revenue generating opportunities, and creating modern and optimized delivery models. This role is responsible for collaborating across the globe to create a consistent approach to delivery, including the education and support necessary for empowering their teams to be successful.
The Role
As a vital member of the leadership team, the North American Financials Workday Leader collaborates closely with business leaders to shape and execute strategic goals. The Requirements
7+ years professional services delivery experience with client consulting experience required (Workday preferred).Strong content and product knowledge across Workday delivery and administrative processes (i.e., HCM, Payroll, Financials) – Workday certification and experience required.Develops new insights into situations, develops ideas and solutions from same, and effectively communicates and persuades colleagues to apply.Recognizes and tackles difficult conversations proactively; strong soft skills that facilitate resolution and win-win approach.Ability to interface and build trust and credibility with colleagues and clients.Understands and can apply business solutions/innovation to emerging platform solutions, problems, and other technology trends.Demonstrated experience in consulting, delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and colleague growth.Travel Expectation 25% of the time (sometimes on short notice) to support meetings with clients, partners and colleagues.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science or relevant field of study.
