Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fintech or financial services industry, preferably in P2P solutions.Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital financial products in a competitive market.Strong understanding of P2P and fintech trends, technologies, regulatory environments, and customer needs.Demonstrated experience in managing complex app ecosystems, design systems, user onboarding, third-party integrations, identity management, and search functionality.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across all levels of the organization.Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.Additional Job Description:
