What You'll Be Doing:
Sr Director, Sales, Commercial Payment Solutions serves as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team and will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, as well as strategic initiatives that will achieve the Commercial Payment Solutions revenue plans. This role will lead a focused Commercial Sales team that can deliver a full suite of solution offerings to the Commercial Real Estate industry. Together with business leadership, this role will define the sales model for the commercial solutions team. This role is critical in driving the company's commercial payments strategy, aligning with enterprise goals, and responding to market dynamics.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the sales strategy and strategic initiatives to achieve revenue growth goals for assigned products and solutions within the sales portfolio.Lead a team to identify, create, and manage key-account business relationships with key clients.Engage in solution-based selling by developing a deep understanding of clients’ business requirements and evangelize how business capabilities align with their needs.Define strategy and create plans supported by tactical execution to enhance CoreLogic revenue opportunities and deepen client relationships.Outline client needs, potential solutions, revenue growth potential, pricing, profitability considerations, and relationship plans.Partner with Sales Finance for accurate forecasting and reporting, and ensure visibility and accuracy on sales analytics.Ensure sales teams drive deal negotiations to a productive close through collaboration, negotiation, and client discussions.Research and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to identify client needs and articulate the CoreLogic value proposition.Work closely with product marketing to define opportunities and drive CoreLogic initiatives into identified areas of opportunity.Develop domain knowledge of CoreLogic businesses and ensure compliance with CoreLogic policies, processes, and practices.Lead the strategic and operational direction of the sales, product marketing, client success, product management, and solution engineering teams, partnering closely with technology leadership.Develop a full go-to-market capability including a focus on new logo acquisition, retention, adoption, and growth.What's in it For You:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.12+ years of direct sales leadership experience and 10+ years in the commercial real estate industry.Experience in solution selling, strong influencing and negotiation skills, and a consultative and collaborative style.Inspiring leadership that motivates the team and drives high engagement.Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships internally and externally.Strong business and technical acumen, with a proven track record of facilitating, negotiating, and closing successful transactions.Strong analytical skills, independent decision-making capabilities, and sound judgment.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and deliver consistent results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective listening skills, and the ability to present complex concepts to executive audiences.Ability to travel up to 50%.*Please note range listed is for base salary only, compensation package also includes, uncapped commission (OTE) and equity components.
Annual Pay Range:
