What You'll Do
This Senior Director/Analyst will advise Gartner’s IT services clients (typically services execs) who are responsible for setting and executing on growth strategies for their IT services portfolios. In this role, the Senior Director/Analyst will be researching, writing, presenting and advising on the critical factors that drive growth and competitiveness for Japan service providers. This includes understanding what is driving IT services spending and related revenue growth opportunities:
What You’ll Need
Native-level Japanese, and business-level English as this role reports outside JapanBachelor`s degree, MBA preferred or equivalent professional experienceKnowledge of the services market, technologies (especially the impact of AI), buyer and competitive trends, offering/practice management practices12+ years of experience working in the IT Services MarketplaceExperience as a leader in the application services industryExperience working on service offerings in multiple segments of the application services marketplaceKnowledge of Practice/Offering Leadership management is a mustInterested in and skilled at, clear, concise, actionable writing in EnglishWillingness to travel when necessary for events, conferences, etc
