Sr Director – Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Systems

As Skechers continues their path to $10B by 2026, the systems, processes, and people that drive our global Supply Chain are critical. The Sr Director of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Systems will report into the Vice President of Enterprise Applications and will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing Supply Chain processes and systems within the organization. This hands-on, strategic position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in implementing and managing Supply Chain systems, particularly deep expertise in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of Supply Chain systems within the global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the relationship with Oracle, our implementation partners, leading the internal IT Supply Chain systems team, and partnering closely with our Supply Chain business partners to enhance operational efficiencies. As we migrate our 25-year-old, custom built, Supply Chain system to Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, this position will be a critical role in leading that Supply Chain transformation.

Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration and implementation of a global Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain (OCSC), replacing our 25-year-old, custom built, global Supply Chain system (Garpac).Work closely with implementation vendor and the business on fit-gap analysis to determine if out-of-box OCSC, customizations, or process changes are needed to meet Skechers Supply Chain business objectives.Develop and manage a global Supply Chain governing body with business executives ensuring global alignment and best practices of Supply Chain processes and systems.Develop deep understanding and provide oversight of Skechers JV (Joint Venture) partners in China and Korea who will be early adopters of our global OCSC, migrating off their local Supply Chain systems.Lead cross-functional discussions across Supply Chain and Finance teams covering O2C, R2R, P2P, P2M processes.Provide oversight and best practices of Supply Chain areas: Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Allocations, EDI, and Master Data Management covering wholesale, retail, and ecommerce.Develop and execute the organization's IT Supply Chain strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of products and services.Manage implementation partners and MSP (Managed Services Provider) ensuring scope, schedule, deliverables, budget, and SLAs align with contract and negotiate favorable contract terms and SLAs.Work closely with IT solution architecture team to ensure the design, architecture, and maintenance of the company's information systems and interfaces guarantee high availability and reliability.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through Supply Chain systems in collaboration with business stakeholders.Streamline and optimize business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with vendors to stay abreast of new system features and enhancements.Oversee IT projects related to Supply Chain systems implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Prioritize projects and initiatives based on strategic importance and business impact.Lead and mentor a team of IT Supply Chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Provide regular updates to executive leadership on key projects.Oversee budgeting and cost optimization.Communicate IT strategies, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Knowledge And Skills Requirements

Demonstrated track record leading the successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain in a global, Fortune 500 company.In-depth knowledge and deep experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain features and functionality in areas of Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Allocations, EDI, and Master Data Management.Strong understanding of integration flows between Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and boundary systems such as WMS (Manhattan WMI), EDI (OpenText/GSX), Financials (Oracle Cloud Financials).Maintains deep understanding of business processes, best practices and their alignment with Supply Chain functionalities.Ability to drive digital transformation, business/IT alignment, and process optimization in a global environment.Strong knowledge of system integrations techniques including APIs, Pub/Sub, ESB, flat file etc with experience working with architecture teams use OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).Strong knowledge in application monitoring/alerting and system reporting on Supply Chain KPIs.Exceptional leadership and people management skills.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills at the executive level with ability to influence outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.10+ years of leading mentoring and guiding individuals with a proven track record of building effective teams in global enterprise environments. 15+ years’ experience in IT roles 10+ years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain systems and processes within a complex, global organization with at least $2B in annual revenue.5+ years’ experience working directly with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain.Strong understanding of O2C, R2R, P2P, P2M processes in a global company with wholesale, retail, and ecom channels.Strong understanding of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and other system integration methods (APIs, Pub/Sub, ESB, etc)Strong understanding of Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Allocations, EDI, Master Data Management.Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Nice to have: experience integrating with Manhattan WMi, OpenText/GSX, PeopleSoft / Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

The salary range for this position is $190,000-$250,000 USD per year.
