**Sr Director Core Laboratory Services** **Location:** Rehab & Pathology Location of Job: US:NY:Williamsville Work Type: Full-Time **Shift:** Shift 1 Job Description **Summary:** **Fully accountable for the Clinical Laboratory Services across the Kaleida Health system. Clinical Laboratory Services includes but not limited to the following laboratory technical areas:** Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology/Virology, Blood Bank. This role also encompasses oversight of the Essential Services Laboratory (ESL) functions across all Kaleida Health Laboratory sites. Responsible to meet the established goals, provide quality services and the leadership skills to contribute to the success of the laboratory and the system. **Education And Credentials** **Responsibilities:** BS in Medical Technology or similar required. Master's in healthcare administration or MBA preferred. ASCP Certification preferred. **Experience** **Other information:** 7-10 years in Laboratory leadership required.
