We are seeking a Senior Director of Construction to join our team. The Senior Director of Construction will lead and oversee all aspects of telecommunications infrastructure construction projects across a multi-state region (GA & FL). The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in telecommunications construction, capable of driving operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.


**This position is posted in both and can be worked in either the Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA areas but will be supporting both states in the Southeast region**

The Role

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of construction leaders and field teamsDirect multiple large-scale telecommunications construction projects simultaneouslyDevelop and implement construction strategies aligned with company objectives and market demandsOversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocationMonitor project performance metrics, including safety, quality, budget, and timelineImplement corrective actions when projects deviate from planned parametersEstablish performance goals and conduct regular evaluationsRecruit and retain top talent within the construction organizationFoster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsServe as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholdersResolve escalated issues and ensure client satisfactionOptimize construction operations to improve efficiency and reduce costsImplement and maintain quality control systemsEnsure proper maintenance and utilization of company assets in coordination with Fleet team Requirements 10+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, 5+ years in progressive leadership Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plusProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale telecom infrastructure projectsExperience with construction management software and project control systemsKnowledge of telecommunications industry standards and regulationsExceptional leadership and team building abilitiesStrong financial acumen and budget management skillsExcellence in client relationship managementAdvanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to travel extensively within the Southeast region +/- 50%Valid driver’s licensePassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
