The Sr Director Pro Fulfillment provides implementation process guidance, direction, and leadership for Pro Fulfillment. This role leads medium-complex transformation initiatives involving facility footprint decisions, major changes in processes, and innovation support capabilities. This role will lead people, process, and systems across Pro Fulfillment that deliver products to our customers (internal and external). This includes responsibility to create a vision and build upon operational plans, drive a mind-set and culture of continuous improvement, and sustain a culture of learning and development. The role is responsible for regular and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis, measurement scorecards, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing leaders. Exceptional leadership, customer focus, project management and stakeholder management will be key factors in the success of this role. Working across all teams collaboratively in support of the tactical execution and strategy is a key area of focus.

Key Responsibilities
Oversees strategic initiatives within Pro Fulfillment including performance monitoring, key metrics reporting and measurement, data integrity issue resolution and identification, and continuous improvement efforts.Provides direct and indirect leadership for the current business model while navigating and adjusting to the future business model with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.Delivers on key metrics and financial performance through proactive daily management to mitigate risk – Pro Fulfillment and 3PL’s.Directs business and operations strategy projects that produce recommendations for addressing major strategic opportunities.Collaborates with Market Delivery leaders on facility start-ups and new process development leveraging team for project support and assistance.Executes logistics’ plan (network inbound / outbound) through data collection and analysis to support the evaluation of needed resources as supply chain workflow conditions and store demand changes.Acts as centralized contact to effectively root cause processes when moving in and out of function, disseminates effective messaging across the Supply Chain organization.Communicates sophisticated strategy topics clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences through both written and verbal communication.Strong people leader that is engaging at all levels of the organization - manages well up and down, assesses and acts on talent needs, coaches, and motivates others, provides oversight of staffing levels, prioritizes work, etc.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree - Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business, or related field8 years operations leadership experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Final Mile, Store Operations or related field5 years leadership experience with direct report responsibility8 years business leadership experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Final Mile, Store Operations or related fieldPreferred Skills/Experience
