About the Role As a Senior UX Director in our Nexis Solutions business, you'll spearhead a global team in both research and design. Responsibilities + Design and structure product interfaces, including layout, style, and components. + Translate user processes into clear and functional user interfaces and navigation flows. + Conduct user research, including customer visits, lab testing, task analysis, and satisfaction surveys, to identify user needs and behaviors. + Present usability findings and recommendations to project teams and senior leadership. + Develop and maintain UI standards and style guides. + Modify prototypes based on user feedback and write final design specifications, ensuring usability and cost efficiency. + Ensure interfaces are intuitive, modern, and consistent across products. + Lead multiple teams of managers and senior professionals to achieve operational and functional goals. + Contribute to the strategic direction of the discipline and ensure alignment with business objectives. + Develop departmental plans and policies, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational strategy. + Deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced, and regulatory-driven environments.
