We have an opportunity for a Senior Distribution Marketing Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest and you will report to Channel Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist works in coordination with customer marketing and channel excellence to develop, drive, grow and expand leads through, channel partner conferences, joint promotions, MDF activities and other opportunities. The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible supporting revenue generating marketing activities in EMEA with, and for, an established network of Distributors.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for managing, budgeting, leading, event planning, meeting, strategy, and execution of Distribution Partner conferences and support as needed the channel excellence meetings (for Distis).Create a standard process and guidelines for conferences and meetings reducing inefficiencies and cost and collaborate with cross business teams to establish and update Channel Marketing Program calendar of events, meetings and key initiatives for Distis.    Responsible for Marketing Development Funds management, with partner request, claims, communications and ROI tracking. Collaborate with customer marketing and digital marketing to develop and maintain a platform for Digital Asset collaterals. Support the Channel Partner program thru Partner portal, marketing tools thru collaboration with strategic business units and developing and stay-up-date with latest marketing tools to drive lead to channels.

Key qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.5+ years of Marketing experience working with Distributors or Authorized Channel Partners.Familiarity with relevant software, such as Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, etcWe value knowledgeable in channel marketing concepts, programs, and events.Strong leadership and project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects independently and reliably.Fluency in English, French/German/Spanish is a plus.
