WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAct as a subject matter expert on Application Access Governance (AAG) product of Saviynt for internal teams, partners and customers.Perform pattern analysis on customer issues, identify problem areas and work with product management teams to address issuesProvide daily/weekly status reports to senior managementDissect requirements into usable test cases and a test plan that covers new functionality, while keeping an eye on all other aspects that ensure full testing coverageResponsible for the maintenance of knowledge guides, system configurations, process documentation and operating proceduresWork closely with business and technical teams supporting various Saviynt product offerings especially AAGFollow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testingWHAT YOU BRINGIdentity and Access Management domain knowledge is mandatory.Application Access Governance knowledge is preferable. Understanding of GRC systems like SAP GRC, Oracle GRC , Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Governance is good to have.Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experienceKnowledge of Java/J2EE and experience with SQL. Be able to build SQL queries and triage datapoint related issues3+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment or support preferably in any Identity Management and Governance productsExperience in Unix Shell/Perl scriptingPrior experience integrating with any SSO providersKnowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)Experience with ticketing systems; Service Desk, Remedy, Freshservice, JIRA etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feetMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentAbility to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environmentAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude
