Within our Facilities and Construction (FAC) department, our primary goal is to advance and modernize our semiconductor facilities. We manage innovative projects to ensure the consistent delivery of quality and precision, reinforcing Micron's prominent position in the industry.

As a Tainan FAC BIM Engineer, you will have a crucial part in the growth of our semiconductor facilities, encompassing cleanrooms and CSA scopes. Your responsibility will involve spearheading the establishment and upkeep of BIM standards, guaranteeing seamless execution and teamwork among various departments.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with partners to develop a BIM Execution Plan adhering to Micron standards, ensuring implementation, maintenance, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage and share the model and folder structure in the Common Data Environment (CDE) as defined by BEP/Micron standards.

Participate in BIM 3D and 2D drawing spatial coordination meetings to resolve model issues and conflicts.

Assist in the development, construction, and completion of as-built drawings in Revit.

Ensure facility management data (LOD500) is input throughout the construction process and updated during the operation and maintenance phase.

Minimum Qualifications:

Extensive experience in BIM applications and the construction and expansion of semiconductor facilities.

Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit 3D views, Navisworks clash detection, and on-site spatial coordination.

Strong English communication skills.

Outstanding coordination skills and proven ability to solve critical project challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with semiconductor plant piping system development or on-site construction.

Ability to use 2D and BIM 3D software for spatial checking.

Experience in engineering drawing management.

Passionate about sharing knowledge and mentoring others.

Support global company missions and willing to travel as needed.
