Micron seeks a FAC I&C Engineer in Taiwan to contribute expertise to semiconductor facility systems development.

Responsibilities:

Build and develop FMCS/SCADA graphical controls for seamless facility operations.

Lead facility expansion projects, ensuring flawless execution and timely commissioning handover.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to address intricate project obstacles, promoting a cooperative work atmosphere.

Implement and maintain safe, reliable, and efficient facility systems, adhering strictly to industry standards.

Mentor and share knowledge with team members to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated track record in the semiconductor sector, with a focus on Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems.

Outstanding English communication skills, with a TOEIC score of 750+.

Displayed proficiency in guiding projects and aligning cross-functional teams.

Strong dedication to safety, reliability, and efficiency in facility system operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related team.

Extensive experience with FMCS/SCADA systems, including graphical control build.

Track record of successful facility expansion and commissioning handover.

Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.

Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region.
