Our Smart Grid Department is looking for a Sr Engineer to join their team in Jupiter, FL.
The selected candidate will:
• Support deployment and operations of the fiber network communications project at all FPL facilities.
• Develop engineering standards and document processes for communications equipment.
• Focus on budgetary impact of engineering designs.
• Engineer projects in close coordination with Power Delivery, IT, and other business units.
• Provide training to Engineers and contractors as well as technical support to field Operations Leads and Construction Leads.

Job OverviewThis job is responsible for applying diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields. Employees in this role evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects. This position conducts analysis on system performance and reliability strategy and provides recommendations.

• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
• Bachelor's - Engineering
• Experience:5+ years
• Certified Professional Engineer (PE)
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• Master's Degree
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt
