Summary of Role:
Provide reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues and/or develops corporate wide standards and strategies.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues and/or develops corporate wide standards and strategies. Provide reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues. Plan and develop implementation routes for emerging technologies (Si Ph, NVRAM, High Voltage) and external branding through IP and conferences. Beneficiary will be subject matter experts for central reliability strategy, standards, and business interactions/business unit roadmaps. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Education – Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field of study.Experience –Requires experience in or knowledge of:1. Experience with CMOS, SiPh, NVRAM, and High Voltage technologies2. Knowledge on Semiconductor manufacturing process and integration3. Knowledge on CMOS device physics4. Knowledge on CMOS device failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA)5. Commanding of conducting device level reliability analysis in a manufacturing environment6. Device stress test methodology, modeling, and simulation7. Knowledge on working on instrument configuration, setup, operation in the test environment8. Commanding of failure analysis methodology and techniques, such as SEM/TEM/EDX/SIMS/XRD/XPS9. Development of apps and software to accomplish Data analysis automation10. Using the macro database in the industrial environment and extract key information for reporting.11. Commanding of statistically analysis and reporting.12. Expected Salary Range
Salary range: $109,008–$119,000
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
