Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with ITO and OTR teams to support processes, optimize workflows, clarify roles and responsibilities by preparing DoRCapable of structuring defendable arguments, evidence, assumptions and decisions for PTR FailuresProactively identifies and manages risks, issues, and opportunitiesTaking the lead of risk assessments, tenders, projects/performing RCA of failuresRequires a strong technical knowledge of both Power Transformer and key elements of transformers along with an understanding and appreciation of protection systems, transformer specifications and tests and manufacturing process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering, MBA is a plus+10 years of experience in the Power Transformer Engineering / TechnologyExcellent knowledge engineering design & quality of power transformersPreferably having PTR expert certificate, knowledge of IEC and CIGRE guidelinesTransformer manufacturing and repair knowledge is a plusFluent English language skills (Part of the interview will be in English)
