Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Key ResponsibilitiesWork with T4 leadership to manage resources supporting the program ensuring that all scheduled work scope has appropriate staffingWork hand-in-hand with the controls technical and project focal to ensure success across cross-functional tasks and effortsMaintain a rigorous project management operating systemManage and mentor project engineering technical leads (and costs account managers) as required to effectively execute and maintain program metrics (MAT fill, revenue, HMR milestones)Manage the customer to minimize/eliminate scope growth through rigorous effective use of the established customerJoint Change Control Board (JCCB) processPartner with PP&C managing a fully networked integrated master scheduleExecute program within cost and schedule baseline constraints, including EVMS and HMR milestone managementMaintain robust risk management to protect approved cost and schedule baseline to support achievementPartner with SBU program management to execute Engineering (E&PS) approved baselines, fulfilling program contract requirements, managing approved baseline and EAC via effective use of the baseline change management processTravel to the US and/ or internationally - 10%U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
