Job Description:

As a Test Equipment Technician, you are responsible for the installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Sustain and improve key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Test equipment transfer, setup and buyoff, and support for manufacturing ramp upResponsible for sustain equipment uptime, with hand on trouble shooting on the equipmentPerform and complete the scheduled PM as per planPerform equipment setup, buyoff, and conversionWork on spare part/tools/meters managementPerforms electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing processDismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawingsUses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as requiredMay perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.

Requirements:-

Diploma in mechanical engineering & Electronic/Electrical EngineeringHighly motivated individuals with more than1 year working experience are encouraged to applyGood understanding of Semiconductor Testing equipment processes. In-depth knowledge & hands on experience will be a plus point.A good teammate equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
