What you’ll be doing:
Effectively manage and process complaints and/or MDRs, including daily tasks associated with processing complaint files and MDRs across multiple product lines.
Open complaint records and collect vital complaint information.
Perform follow-up with customers through written and verbal communication.
Determine reportability of complaints and create associate Regulatory reports (e.g., MDRs) per regulations.
Evaluate complaints for the need to investigate and coordinate sample retrieval.
Respond to customer complaints through written and verbal communication.
Ensure timely closure of complaints, following established procedures.
Effectively manage workflow, identifying and addressing issues as vital.
Triage internal and external communication for complaints.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and projects as assigned.
Mentor and provide training and guidance to new team members, as needed.
Oversee complaint handling and reporting activities performed by less senior employee
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent 3+yrs of experience.
Proven experience in managing and processing complaints and/or MDRs.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workflow effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and complaint management systems.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
