Sr Executive Administrative Assistant - Downtown Chicago
Job Description This Senior Executive Administrative Assistant will be working for a global Fortune 500 company. They will have a solid line to a Chief Officer and also be supporting 3 VPs. On a day to day basis, responsibilities will include calendar management, making travel arrangements, coordinating large and small meetings, as well as some expense management. The individuals they will be supporting are across multiple different US time zones so they must be flexible and have experience supporting teams in remote locations. Skills and Requirements +5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders in a large, global environment Calendar management experience Experience making travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and dining reservations Experience managing expenses Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, & Office Comfortable taking meeting minutes Able to assist with after hours social events Excellent communication skills, extremely detail oriented, & friendly demeanor Flexible for on call hours when leaders are traveling Experience in a public company null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
