Sr Executive -HR
Compliance: Compliance and return filling under PF, ESIC, PT, Factory Act, CLRA Act, Other Labour Laws of Maharashtra, Renewal of factory License, PCB License, CGWA License, maintaining agreements with manpower service providers for facility management, Verification & Filling of Salary sheet, PF, ESIC, Bonus, and leave register of third-party contractors. Attendance and Salary: Maintaining attendance& payroll, monthly PF, PT, MWLF, Loan, Advance, TDS Compliance. Recruitment: Coordinating job postings, sourcing candidates, Screening resumes, administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team, Managing the employee onboarding process, complying with all relevant laws & Internal laws, and releasing offer letter and appointment & confirmation letter. Exit: Preparation of full and final settlements, Letters, Exit checklists& interviews. Audits: Must maintain data for Social Audit like Internal Audit, Group audits, Sedex, SA 8000, or BSCI audits. Administration: Administration, Preparation & documentation of Cafeteria, Security & Housekeeping, First aid and Travel arrangements. Policies: Monitor adherence to Internal policies and legal standards. Employee engagement-Celebration of Events, Birthdays, Festivals, Surveys & Follow up for trainings. Training and development- Maintaining Competency chart and Skill Matrix and Training Record. Data- Maintaining Digital and Physical data on SAP, HRMS & Personnel files, Attendance record and Salary of onroll and offroll employees. Benefits administration- GPA, GMC & GTL & Workmen Compensation Renewal and Endorsements. Employee relations- POC for all queries related to HR for the plant. Performance management-Assist & follow up for performance management and target setting. MIS- MIS for EHS and HR department-like BU vs AC Manhours, Salary and Expenses. EHS- Must have Basic knowledge of Health and Safety Activities of the plant.
