Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Facilities\nMaintenance Technician for our Chandler, AZ facility.
You will play a crucial\nrole in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. You\nwill be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting\nequipment issues, and ensuring that our facilities meet safety and regulatory\nstandards.
You will report directly to our facilities Manager,\nand you'll work out of our Chandler, AZ facility.

KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES
•\nPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting facilities, repairing\nequipment, and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential\nmaintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Ensure that all facilities meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and\nprioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or\nconcerns to the Facilities Manager.
• Operate, maintain, and repair building equipment and machinery, including\nHVAC, Chillers, VAVs, pumps, temperature control, and building automation\nsystems
• Execute equipment and capital preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure receipt of services for the purposes of accurate accounting and\nexpenditure
• Execute Health, Safety, Environmental, and Facilities (HSE&F) audits and\nprograms with high standards. These activities include Management of Change\n(MOC), fire extinguisher checks, and state and federal regulations.
Be a member of our Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Identify, execute, & modify HSE&F actions in Honeywell’s work orders\nsystem
• Author Statements of Work (SoW) for projects and Management of Change\n(MoC) forms for changes onsite
• Work with Contractors to schedule, coordinate, and receipt goods
• Conduct outreach activities and provide coordination for onsite\nactivities of third-party contractors
• Perform general facility maintenance activities (painting, wall repair,\nreconfiguration of office and laboratory furniture, etc.)
• Broaden and expand your knowledge by learning from highly experienced\nprofessionals and participating in challenging assignments
• Contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of high\ntechnology products by testing and/or validating equipment
US CITIZENSHIP
U.S. citizenship is\nrequired due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to\nobtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment\nis contingent upon successful completion of security processing

YOU MUST\nHAVE
• Minimum of 2 years\nof experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team plus be on call for\nafterhours/weekends/holidays as needed.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities\nmaintenance or a related field.
• Technical certification or relevant training in\nfacilities maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
