For our Field Service Engineering Team (Honeywell Building Solutions) based in Vallensbaek we are currently looking for a Senior Field Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage\na team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support\nto ensure exceptional performanceFoster a\ncollaborative and positive team environment to drive motivation and\nproductivity

Service Delivery:

Oversee the\nplanning and scheduling of field service visits to meet customer requirements\nand service level agreementsEnsure the\ntimely and successful completion of service tasks, addressing any issues or\ndelays as they arise

Customer Satisfaction:

Monitor and\nassess customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to\nenhance service quality and resolve any customer concerns.

Technical Support:

Provide\ntechnical expertise and support to field service technicians, assisting with\ncomplex or escalated service issuesStay up-to-date\nwith the latest industry trends and best practices

Resource Management:

Manage the\nallocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to\noptimize service efficiencyMaintain\naccurate records of service activities, including inventory and equipment\nusage

Safety and Compliance:
