As a Sr. Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and services to our customers for Terminals/Enraf products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients.
\nYou will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our Terminals/Enraf products, ensuring that our customers can effectively manage their operations and maximize productivity.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nEnraf Tank Gauging Systems: Installing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining Honeywell Enraf tank gauging equipment for accurate liquid level measurements.\nTerminal Automation: Managing systems that control loading, unloading, and transfer of bulk liquids.\nSystem Integration: Ensuring Enraf systems integrate with instrumentation and I&E personnel and other automation platforms.\nConduct training sessions for customers on product operation and maintenance\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives\nMaintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions\nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in field service or a similar technical role\nExperience with Honeywell Enraf, FMC, or similar tank gauging systems\nStrong knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively\n\nWE VALUE
