Ecolab is searching for a driven Process & Control Supervisor for future opportunities within our Global Distributor Finance team in Pune, India. 

This supervisory role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of distributor resale activity and issuance of rebate payments utilizing the appropriate controls and analysis to maximize performance and mitigate business risk. This position will directly supervise a team of Finance Admin associates.  This position will work with the manager, divisional sales, and finance teams to develop solutions and initiatives to continually improve processes.

What You Will Do:

Effectively manages the processes and associates to consistently deliver timely high-quality results that meet or exceed service levels 

Address issues with distributor partners, divisional finance, and sales management to develop solutions and initiatives to eliminate existing or future issues 

Maintain and create departmental standard operating procedures 

Provide ad-hoc financial/business analysis 

Clearly articulates the business direction and ensures it is understood and embraced by team members 

Demonstrates urgency to resolve issues with associates and internal customers

Provide high-level of Supervisor support to enable a high performing team

Identify and communicate any Distributor trend changes 

Develop and report on individual performance metrics 

Recommend processes and procedures to enhance the resale processing environment and eliminate rebate discrepancies, driving positive customer relations

Participate in the continuous improvement of processes 

Drive results through building effective working relationships with departments, divisions, and distributor partners 

Maintain a positive, professional approach through appropriate business communication 

Provide necessary support to execute key business led initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics

6+ Years of business-related experience 

1-2 years Supervisory experience 

Proven analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Effective oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills

Demonstrated project management and leadership skills

Must be self-motivated, and both detail and process oriented

Previous experience in leading people and/or projects

Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience

Ability to create, implement and continuously improve and optimize processes in a changing environment

Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes

Fluent English in speaking and writing
