Job Description

Review, analyze and track SG&A spending, communicate with global Divisions on China financial performanceReview the Accounts Receivables and drive the collection of AR and reduce Bad-debt impactWork with Accounting and other teams to ensure a smoothly monthly closing in expense and revenue defer and releaseQBR and MBR preparation in OpEx , and working captital (AR/DSO, BDE)Prepare and build assumptions for annual operating plan for OpEx, CapEx (incl. Demos) and working capitalSupport STRAP preparation for full P&L in investment/ expense projectionsLead PPI projects to drive efficiencies and productivitiesStrengthen internal control processOther ad hoc analysis to help drive business growthPerform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required 

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis for manufacturing and commercial operations within a large multinational company.Demonstrated history of driving businesses to improve processes and performance.Strong track record of accurate and timely financial reporting.CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is preferred;Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & ChineseBachelor degree in Finance preferredPower user of Microsoft ExcelHyperion Enterprise and ERP system (e.g. SAP) experience preferred.
