Sr. Finance Analyst

As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. You will report directly to our Finance Director, and you will work out of our Bucharest, Romania location. Your expertise will guide us through financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency, helping us make informed decisions and achieve our business objectives.

This is a hybrid position (work schedule2 + 3)

Responsibility

Proceeds in accordance with applicable internal directives, working procedures and valid legislationResponsibly and on time performs the supervisor`s work tasks and instructions.Performs activities that ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace and follow 5S methodSupports audits in the entrusted areaResponsible for creating the standard cost for Raw materials Responsible for preparing standard prices and transfer pricesDuring the year analyse the difference between Actual cost and standard cost for materialsProvides support to the accounting department in preparing the provisions for the end of the month, quarter, yearMethodically guides the process of monthly and annual closing within the companyProvides support in documenting and implementing material management costs and profitability analysis and implementation of control tools (Direct Material savings, Slow moving reserves, etc.);Manage the accuracy of order database between local Site and IP ownerEnsure the weekly and monthly reporting of KPI’sActively participate and support for monthly CAPEX and NPI projectsElaborates the elements from the budget, cash flows, respectively analyzes variations and presents comments;

Key skills and qualifications

Bachelor Master degree EconomicalMinimum 5 years practice Microsoft Office - advanced userSAP –advanced userInternet –skilled userSelf-Awaer/LearningResponsible approach to work, precision, attention to detailProblem solving abilityAbility to work under pressure - StressManagementIndependence & FlexibilityAbility to build the good relationship / Growth and Customer FocusEnglish advanced speaking and writing skills
